Hey Benny, my name is Alex and I've just bought your course. I'm enjoying it and finding it useful in my learning to try and become a DJ.
I just wanted to ask you was it difficult and sometimes frustrating when you first started out? I've been following your videos but I'm struggling with mixing two different songs together. I've had some luck with the same song, but when I try and use two different songs it doesn't work much at all.
I want to try and become a really good DJ, but I'm not sure on how to fix my problem. Did you ever feel like this when you first started out? How did you overcome it?

The answer is YES, I 100% felt like I wasn’t progressing and not only that but it felt like for extended periods of time as well but in hindsight I can now see that I was always moving forward and getting better but I just couldn’t see it at the time.
The reality is everyone that has put the time and effort into learning how to DJ correctly has been in this same position so it is important that you understand that where ever your are in your learning now is exactly where you are suppose to be and that now more than ever is when you need to keep going, this is the exact time when most give up DON’T LET THAT BE YOU!
Essentially you are trying to re-train your brain to hear two tracks at once and hear when they are in time and sync; not an easy task.
The trick is to be patient and discipline while you practice, practice, practice and I guarantee you will be living your dreams before you know it!
